EXHIBITION「GLASS ART RISING- Kyohei Fujita, Littleton, Libensky and Artists of the World」
Since the 1960s, glass production has changed dramatically, with artists creating a wide variety of expressions. Through more than 100 glass works by 23 of the world’s leading artists from this period, this exhibition approaches the attractions of glass expression.

Metalwork – from Tea Utensils to Cosmetic Utensils
There are many metal works (kinkō) that have been passed down from generation to generation in Hitotsubashi-Tokugawa family. These were made according to the preferences of generations of Hitotsubashi-Tokugawa family, and are valuable materials that show prestigious as relatives of Tokugawa Shoguns and metalworking skills of the craftsmen at that time.

13TH MODERN IBARAKI ARTISTS EXHIBITION
This exhibition will present 100 works of Japanese and European painting, sculpture, arts and crafts, calligraphies, photographs, etc. by 100 leading contemporary artists from Ibaraki.
