The designated locations where clams can be collected and the tools that can be used are listed below.
Violations may result in legal penalties, so please be careful.
Permitted Locations for Clam Digging:
- Oarai District: 1st and 2nd Sun Beach
- Hokota District: Otake Coast
- Kashima District: Oritsu Coast
- Kamisu District: Nikkawa Coast
Tools you can use:
Width must be less than 20 cm, fork length less than 5 cm, and handle length less than 50cm.
Nets attached to tools are not allowed.
