- Where to get the application form: Ibaraki Prefectural Housing Management Center, municipal offices, and the Prefectural Housing Division (20th floor, Ibaraki Prefectural Government Office)
※Some housing units are available for applications at any time. They will be offered to applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
