Special Exhibition: “Arts and Crafts and Design” – From William Morris to Frank Lloyd Wright–

This exhibition showcases approximately 170 works, including wallpaper, fabrics, crafts, furniture, and books by William Morris who is popular in Japan. Through these works, visitors can appreciate the allure of the “Arts and Crafts Movement,” which played a crucial role in the birth of modern art.

  • Exhibition Period: Saturday, April 19th – Monday, June 29th
  • Location: Ibaraki Prefectural Museum of Modern Art (Mito City)
  • Opening Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Last admission at 4:30 PM)
    Museum closed on Mondays.
