Guide for using the Consultation Center for Foreigners
At the consultation center, we offer free foreign language consultations (a call fee is required).
We also provide a trio phone service for those who require an interpreter to communicate with government agencies, schools, and other organizations.
Available languages
Japanese, English, Chinese, Portuguese, Thai, Tagalog, Spanish, Indonesian,
Vietnamese, Sinhala and so on.
※The languages vary depending on the day of the week.

8:30am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
※Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the New Year’s holiday season (from December 29th to January 3rd)
