Special exhibition [Ukiyoe – life and culture along Sumida River during the Edo Period]

Introducing ukiyoe gathered by a Kitaibaraki collector.
This exhibition showcases approximately 250 pieces of ukiyoe portraying life and culture during the Edo period, with prints from Utagawa Hiroshige, Utagawa Kunisada, Utagwa Kuniyoshi,and Kobayashi Kiyochika.

  • Place: Tensin Memorial Museum of Art
  • Period: Saturday, April 26th ~Sunday, June 8th
  • Museum hours: 9:30am ~5:00pm (no admission after 4:30pm)
    Museum closed on Mondays
