Cats have been depicted in many works of art. This exhibition will introduce about 100 pieces of Japanese paintings by artists from the Japan Art Academy, as well as ukiyo-e, sculptures, and artwork by currently active artists.

• Place: Tenshin Memorial Museum of Art, Ibaraki (located in Kitaibaraki-shi)
• Museum hours: 9:30～17:00 (no admission after 16:30)
• Dates closed in November/ 5th、11th, 18th, and 25th
• Free admission on 11/13 (Wed) for Ibaraki Prefecture Citizens’ Day
