Hisashi Tsuji: the artist with two faces – oil painting and botanical painting

The exhibition introduces about 50 oil paintings by Hisashi Tsuji, who established an unshakeable position in the community of Western-style artists from the Taisho to the Showa periods, and about 60 botanical paintings he made for his own enjoyment and emotional solace, and approaches the essence of Tsuji’s two-faced personality.
